The entire staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Burch was quick and extremely friendly and explained everything in very easy to understand terms/ways. They made it crystal clear what my VSP covered and what the best options for me were, and while paying I ran into some difficulty using my FSA and the lady helping me was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process… Highly recommend!
